They apply to browsing digim.gr, discussing a project and requesting a free marketing snapshot.

An enquiry does not start a paid engagement.
Paid work starts under a separate agreement covering scope, deliverables, fees, media spend, approvals, access, cancellation and any data-processing responsibilities.
Each free snapshot covers one selected area.
The snapshot offers three recommendations for one ad platform or landing page, based on the public material and context you provide.
Public information limits what a snapshot can establish.
A snapshot cannot verify private campaign performance, tracking accuracy or profitability; any deeper review requires separately agreed access and scope.
Recommendations do not guarantee campaign results.
Sales, enquiries, acquisition costs and returns depend on factors including your offer, budget, website, competition and platform decisions.
Share material you are authorised to provide.
Provide accurate business details and public links, and keep passwords, customer lists and sensitive personal information out of the forms.
Use the website lawfully and respect ownership rights.
Do not disrupt the website, submit malicious content or misuse material owned by Digim or others; platform logos remain the property of their respective owners.
External platforms have their own terms.
Links and logos identify relevant services and do not by themselves imply a partnership, certification or endorsement.
Mandatory legal rights remain protected.
These website terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded; any paid-service agreement sets its own applicable commercial terms.
